Despite our flight being delayed by around 8 hours at Gatwick, Chris stayed in constant contact to check our flight status, which was very reassuring. “Southampton cruise terminal to London Hotel private car transfer for us with LOTS of luggage for much less than was being offered by our cruise line was a 5 star experience! Chris was in constant contact as traffic was delayed by a marathon and drove direct to our hotel (no additional transfer from bus or train station ) with a pit stop along the way (that does not happen on a bus!) to our hotel that he had communicated with to determine how to manage the parking situation for a comfortable access. Chris provided water and snacks as well as a lot of travel information for our time in the UK. He is able to provide car service for day trips from London also which as we no longer want to rent a car there is a real asset! “Chris picked us up at the cruise ship terminal on time notwithstanding traffic into the terminal. Took us to our hotel in central London pointing out areas of interest along the way. Exceptional professional driving, new SUV, doesn’t charge for waiting. Two days later we had scheduled him for a tour of the Cotswolds which was less than half the price of the major tour operator. “Booked Chris as primarily he is based closed to home, however the service he gives is excellent. Chris communicated promptly and regularly to ensure the booking was in place and all details were correct. The car was lovely and clean with added touches of water and chocolates for the longer journey. We booked a return airport run to Heathrow, which was affordable and cheaper than the valet parking at Heathrow. Chris met us in the arrivals and assisted with the luggage.
